Sligo Traveller Support Group invited tenders for the following

STSG ‘s 2020 key aim is to ensure all Governance Practices and procedures are to the Highest Standard

  1. Review Governance Practices within STSG, in line with Funders Criteria / GDPR/ best practice
    Identify and present any recommendations of change in report to BOD
  2. Organise and or Deliver Governance Training to BOD upon completion of Governance review .
  3. Review all STSG policies and practices in conjunction with STSG ,BOD,+ Employment sub group and ensure up to legislative standard ,
  4. Carry out a skills audit and identify deficits with BOD , mgr and staff , identify training needs.
    *Present Skills audit with recommendations to STSG for implementation .
  5. Develop 2019 Annual report .

Tenderer must be in position to start work by March 2nd 2020 with completion date no later than July 30th 2020,
